UK Shipping:

GBP 4.99: 3-5 Working Days

Rest of Europe: 

Standard Delivery £12.99: 5-10 Working Days.

United States & Canada: 
International Standard Delivery £15.99: 5-10 Working Days.

Please note, shipping and order processing can take longer than stated above due to the Coronavirus global pandemic, which can cause delays and disruptions that are out of our control.

 

Ghana Order Processing & Shipping:

1-2 Working Days. Please choose the right delivery location in the shipping section. Choosing the wrong delivery location in order to pay less for shipping, will result in an extra fees once we contact you for delivery. 

 

Refund policy

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

We run on limited exclusive stock and are not offering returns or exchanges at the moment. If an issue arises, please pop us an email at railsoflondon@gmail.com and we will contact you within 24 Hours and offer a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at railsoflondon@gmail.com. If you are eligible for a return, you have to pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
